Welcome to Move with Carla. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

Move with Carla offers strength-led fitness coaching, training programmes, challenges, digital products (e-books, PDF guides, video content), and related wellness services. Services are available both in person (Somerset West, South Africa) and online internationally.

All services and products are described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Health Disclaimer

Our programmes and content are designed for general fitness and wellness purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any exercise programme, you should consult your healthcare provider, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing a medical condition, or recovering from injury. By participating in our programmes, you confirm that you have received appropriate medical clearance.

You accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing during participation in any of our services.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Yoco, and all major cards are accepted. We do not store your payment card details.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of many of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds on digital downloads (e-books, PDF guides, video content) once access has been granted.

For coaching programmes and ongoing services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@movewithcarla.fit. Any refunds or partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at hello@movewithcarla.fit and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programmes — including text, images, videos, training plans, guides, and branding — is the intellectual property of Move with Carla and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Personal use for your own non-commercial fitness journey is permitted.

7. User Conduct

When interacting with Move with Carla — including via our website, email, or any associated communities — you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself
• Treat our team, coaches, and other members with respect
• Not share programme content or materials with others without permission
• Not engage in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any user who violates these standards, without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Move with Carla and its founder, coaches, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or loss of income.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
